2. Send us their info
Fill out the referral form below with your details and theirs, so we can reach out and reserve your reward.
3. They book their first visit
We'll welcome them warmly and get them settled in for their first exam, cleaning, or new-patient consultation.
4. You get your $50 credit
Once their first visit is complete, we add a $50 credit to your account you can put toward your next visit. Refer as many friends as you like — no cap.

As many as you want. There’s no cap on how many $50 credits you can earn. Each new patient who books and completes a first visit counts.
We add the $50 to your account within two weeks of your friend’s completed first visit. First visit means their exam, cleaning, or new-patient consultation actually happened.
The form takes care of that for us, but we also ask every new patient how they heard about us. Either way, we’ll make sure your $50 credit gets applied.
Absolutely. If you love Magnolia Smiles because of a friend or family member who’s a patient and want to send someone our way, we’ll set up a $50 credit for you to use whenever you’re ready to come in.
The referred person needs to be new to the practice, and the $50 credit is applied to the referring patient’s account after the first visit is complete. Team members and their immediate family aren’t eligible. This offer is not valid for patients whose care is covered by Medicare, Medicaid, or any other federal healthcare program.
